OUR STORY
Toto was established a while ago, 1993, as an award winning restaurant. But really it goes a way back to Napoli, Naples, the original home of both the pizza and the owners, Antonio Crisci and Sergio Maglione. And now Toto as you know it or knew it, has been reopened by the two original founders, to create that ‘l’autenticita di Napoli’ in everything they do – especially their incredible pizzas by the metre, or by kilometre some days. It means maintaining consistency. It means searching every day for better ingredients and continously honing their techniques. Antonio and Sergio know what great pizza means to them. What it means to you is, soon you’ll again be enjoying the best pizza around.

A BIT OF A TASTE OF WHAT’S TO COME
Creating a great pizza means working from the bottom up, molly-coddling the dough, giving it oodles of love and attention, then we leave it on its lonesome. The moment you order a pizza is the moment our dough emerges from its solitude to rise to the needs of any occasion, large or small.
FYI
Ordering a metre or a half metre? A half metre pizza is plenty for three people, therefore a metre is good for six people, unless you are catering for teenage boys, in which case you might need to double down on that 🙂
With the ingredients Toto Pizza use; The mozzarella is made for Toto using traditional Italian techniques. The tomatoes are a San Marzano variety, (which are thinner and more pointy, and the flavour is stronger, sweeter and less acidic). The other cheeses Toto use, like the Grana Padano (Parmigiana) are of bona fide* Italian origin, as are the cured meats.
*Bona fide. Latin, meaning old, posh way of saying authentic.
